Service terms

Booking is confirmed only after mutual agreement on scope, schedule, and price—typically via email or written message. Access to the premises, utilities, and safe working conditions must be available for the scheduled window. Significant changes to square meters, soiling level, or requested tasks may require a revised quote before work begins.

Clients are responsible for securing valuables, sensitive documents, and fragile irreplaceable items. We may decline tasks that present unsafe conditions for our crew or risk damage that cannot be reasonably controlled.

• Cancellation with more than 24 hours’ notice is rescheduled without penalty where possible.
• Late access or denied entry may result in billing for the reserved crew time.
• Payment terms are stated in your confirmation; recurring clients may receive invoicing schedules as agreed.

Liability

Lumerions carries operational insurance appropriate to residential and commercial cleaning in Turkey as applicable. Our liability for proven direct damage caused by our negligence during a booked service is limited to the fee paid for that specific visit unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We are not liable for pre-existing wear, unstable fixtures, unreported delicate finishes, or damage arising from client-supplied products unless explicitly instructed in writing by Lumerions management. Indirect or consequential losses—including lost profits or alternate housing—are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any concern should be reported within 48 hours of service completion with photographs where helpful; we investigate promptly and in good faith.

Conditions

By engaging Lumerions you confirm that you have authority to allow our team on the property. You agree that photographs taken for quality documentation are used only for service improvement and dispute resolution unless you opt out in writing.

We may update these terms periodically; the version linked at booking applies to that engagement. Disputes are subject to the laws of Turkey, with courts of Istanbul having jurisdiction unless otherwise required.
